“ Chessie's Wharf is a must-visit in Annapolis! Their sour beers are amazing--great flavor and variety. The wait staff is super friendly and makes the experience even better. Definitely a great spot to grab a drink especially if you're a sour beer lover! ”
“ Second time coming here and a great experience both times. It is a small restaurant with a small parking lot - we didn't have to wait for seats or parking this time but be prepared you may have to. There is street parking in case. My husband and I sat right at the bar on a Friday night around 7. It was crowded but there were a few seats. We each got a flight, split tots, and got burgers. There are a TON of beers on tap - definitely recommend a flight! If you've never been, RAR has really crazy sours! We each tried a few and they were all insane and delicious! They had a Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal inspired sour - amazing. Foodwise, it's a small menu but everything we got was great. The burgers are $11 for a single for $13 for a double, no side included. We split an order of cheesy tots. Everything was great - the burgers are kind of smash burger style. Our Bartender was attentive, and our food and drinks came out fast. On our way out we got a bunch of single cans to take home - I love that you don't have to get 4 of a kind! They have a TON of flavors so make sure to check that out. Overall, we had a great time, food and drinks are great. In the summer- they have a nice patio! Only suggestion is to get a few more low top tables as folks with mobility issues need these and there are only 2 inside. We'll be back! ”
“ This is our favorite watering hole. The staff is really friendly, they have a great team, service is ace even when they're slammed. Orders are taken and filled really quick. Love the outdoor space and the fisherman's wharf design of the building. All the details at this joint are thoughtful, playful, and intentional. It makes for a fantastic place to hang out with friends or kick it by yourself to kill time. The craft beer selection is unmatched. RaR makes some tried and trusted beers, some of the best in the area available in draft, and on top of that the brew co. keeps an extensive rotating selection of new beer/ale creations brewed by them, plus a rotating draft/can menu that always has good picks. They are known for their IPAs and incredibly unique, diverse fruity milkshake sours. Also fun seasonal cocktails, and a wine list. I love the straightforward but actually good food menu. Yes it's burgers sandwiches tots fries like any brewery, but it's not greasy or huge portions. You can get a good bite to eat and beer. Go here. Actually don't, because given how great it is, it gets crowded. But the wait is never long and you can pack in around the bar or building while waiting for a table. ”
“ The food and service were great. The cheesesteak was yummy and my husband wouldn't stop talking about the Mac & cheese. We'll definitely be back! ”
“ Excellent food and outstanding service. The people at the bar were so nice, our beer was great and the hot chocolate was solid. This is the perfect neighborhood bar. ”
“ Wow, been dining in this building for 30 years but this rendition is 100% new! It's a beer bar at its heart but its open air atmosphere is a trip to the park! A beautiful place to come on a beautiful day. The menu is limited but the Chessie Deluxe burger, I substituted fried onions for raw, was delicious. The smash style burger was full of beefy flavor, unfortunately the roll is too soft to hold up to the delicious burgers. Outstanding service and friendly faces make the experience best in class! ”
“ We came here with family who live in the area, and we loved our visit! Great service and food, and really good beer and mixed drinks. We ate on the patio and had a 5 month old baby with us, and had room to take the baby on walks, and enjoy a very leisurely dinner with very tasty drinks and food. Fish and chips, burgers, and crab and cracker ball appetizers were perfect. The beer list was good with lots of other local beers included, so we could get a nice sampling of Annapolis area breweries. We'll happily return here when in the area next time. ”
“ Delicious food, fun ambiance, great service! Next time I really want to try some wings, they looked so good! Also, if you're a fan of funnel cake, you'll Love the fried Twinkies! ”
“ Food and service were fabulous . My wife asked me to come again during the fall season. Strongly recommend visiting if you're in the neighborhood. ”
